At Rug Warehouse , we specialize in fast, reliable delivery to get your new rug to your home as quickly as possible. We offer a dedicated Sydney-Wide Next Day Express service for our local customers.

1. Sydney-Wide Next Day Express

We provide Next Day Express Delivery for all Sydney Metropolitan areas.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (AEST) Monday – Friday.

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered the following business day.

  • Service Area: All Sydney Metro postcodes.

  • Cost: [Insert Price, e.g., Flat Rate $25 or Free for orders over $150].

2. Processing & Handling Times

  • Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day (Mon–Fri).

  • Orders placed before our 2:00 PM cut-off are processed and dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Transit Times (Domestic)

While we specialize in Sydney Express, we also ship Australia-wide:

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your rug.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $[Insert Amount] (Excluding oversized items).

5. Delivery Requirements & Tracking

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real-time.

  • Authority to Leave (ATL): Due to the size of our products, couriers will typically leave the rug in a safe place if you are not home. If you require a signature, please specify this in the “Order Notes” at checkout.

  • P.O. Boxes: We cannot deliver large rugs to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical residential or business address.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If your rug arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Insert Email/Phone] with photos of the packaging and the product so we can arrange a replacement.
